Plant shut-down (26th-30th January 2009)

Fuh baru dapat e-mail 9 pagi tadi..company shutdown for CNY 1 whole week. Cuti paksa ni, compulsary kata boss tapi tolak cuti tahunan, sedihnya..aku x nak cuti.. tapi boss cakap
" Such extended shut-down has never been practiced in the past 19 years of E>>>’s existence. But in view of current economic downturn, we do not anticipate much business activities during the week 26-30 Jan, and it would save operational costs by closing the company.
To facilitate the above plant shut-down, all staff are required to take 3 days of annual leave (Jan 28th-30th), unless you are specifically requested by your department head to work during these 3 days"
Ya la tu..bagi yang celebrate depa rasa untung la..dpt cuti panjang. Bagi aku lak?rugi beb.. bayangkan bagi junior staff yg cutinya 8 hari, tolak 3 hari.. tak ker tinggal 5 hari jer?...emm aku pulak.. lepas tolak cuti ni cuti aku tinggal 18 1/2hari..cuti tahun lepas carry forward pun 1 1/2 hari jer.. awal tahun ni dah cuti for Sara school. Lagi2 la aku nak kena jimat cuti gila ni.. tahun ni Sara dah sekolah ..emm nnt apply cuti untuk kena attend PIBG meeting la, kena attend for sign buku kemajuan Sara la.. tah apa lagi aku tak sure..adusssss.. pening kepala makcik cmni...
Kenapa kuli mcm kami ni nak kena tanggung pulak dah. biasanya kalo company shutdown jgn ler tolak annual leave staff...emm sampai bila nak kena tindas ni..
